  • LUGGAGE POS DISPLAY
While working for a local design agency, Green Room Retail, I was asked to come up with a series of concepts for a leading luggage brand who were looking for a more innovative way to display their products in stores.

For confidentiality reasons I am unable disclose the brand involved.

    The Results:

A series of 3 initial concepts were developed and visualised showing how the products could be uniquely and interestingly displayed whilst maintaining stock density. Time was also dedicated to the design of literature stands that would provide information for each of the unique product ranges involved.

A final design was refined and visuals produced for sign off by the client.

  • GNC GOLD CARD PROPOSAL
As part of a targeted marketing drive Abstract asked me to produce a conceptual design for a reward card scheme for the retail chain GNC who specialise in sports nutrition and supplements.

The aim of the project was to highlight the possible benefits a reward scheme would bring to the company and illustrate how such a scheme would be implemented.

    The Results:

Conceptual card designs and finalised graphics were produced for a range of cards to cover the scheme's requirements as well as mock ups for a range of media including direct mailouts and in-store POS displays.

The graphic collateral produced provided a great platform for Abstract to present the concept to GNC and sell-in their extensive range of services.

  • RIL CONCEPT WATCH VISUALS
Ril Concept approached me with a view to having a set of beauty shots produced of their new watch design. They were looking to get a head start on the marketing of the watch while they awaited the first shipment from the manufacturer. Based on a1968 Rolex Submariner with a NATO style strap, the design takes an iconic design worn by the likes of James Bond and refreshes it for the modern market.

    The Results:

A detailed 3Dmodel was created of the watch from which various high resolution photo quality stills were produced. Additional images were supplied showing the watch and it’s various different colour combinations. Overall the project was a success. A large proportion of the initial batch were reserved before they hit the shops.

  • NISSAN GTR LAUNCH EVENTS
In 2008 while working at dobsonwhite I was part of the team who successfully pitched for and won the opportunity to manage the European Launch events for the iconic Nissan GTR.

This page shows work produced during that period, both for the purposes of pitching and the end products utilized for the final events which took place in 47 locations across 15 countries.

    Responsibilities:

It was my responsibility to take the lead on defining the visual branding for the event and developing the “HighPerformance Tour” and “Race Academy” logos. I was also involved in the conceptualisation of assets for display purposes, 2D graphics for print and the web as well as playing a large role in the visualization of items for the successful communication to the client.

  • JAGUAR 12MY NURBURGRING 2011
I was approached by the UK division of Imagination, a creative advertising agency, to help design and visualise the 2011 Jaguar 12MY event based at the Nurburgring Germany.

The annual event is designed to communicate the latest happenings at Jaguar to internal staff and the Media. A range of different spaces were taken over at the nearby Lindor Hotel and each was treated individually to a Jaguar style makeover. The aim was to provide the necessary functionality in each space whilst being sympathetic to existing architecture and interior finishes.

    The Results:

My personal tasks were to help conceptualise the use of each space and produce accurate visualisation to communicate the concept and achieve sign off by the team at Jaguar. From car showrooms to lounge style conference rooms, each space was seamlessly transformed. Integrated AV systems were installed in each area and in vehicle showrooms additional lighting was provided by custom built lighting rigs.
